This project was a great example of what the right layout and products can do for your space.
A new layout helped the same kitchen footprint feel 10x bigger. The large middle island running with the kitchen instead of cutting into it provides more prep space and walking room. Tall floor to ceiling cabinetry maximizes vertical space bringing the focus up and adding more storage. Finished with quartz countertops and a new backsplash this kitchen got the face lift it needed!
We updated the flooring to an engineered hardwood. These beautiful light floors makes the space feel bigger and more open. The length and width of the planks give it a more modern, updated feel.
Custom built-ins in the great room add a touch of character. Built to fit the space, they don’t just add storage but make the room feel more custom and luxurious. Because the owner gets to choose the paint color they were able to find a shade that felt like them and gave the room some whimsy.
